Job summary

Regency Village at Redmond, a retirement and assisted living community, is seeking a compassionate medication aide to support residents' daily well-being. You will assist with personal care, medication administration, and social activities, reporting to the wellness director.

Typical duties include monitoring vital signs, maintaining records, coordinating with physicians and pharmacies, and ensuring a clean, organized medication room.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in senior caregiving or med pass.
• CPR/BLS certification possible.
• Compose reports in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing treatments and monitor residents' vital signs.
• Maintain medication/treatment records and comply with guidelines.
• Communicate with physician, pharmacy, and family to ensure timely medications.
• Store medications and equipment; keep the medication room clean.
• Follow resident service plan and assist with ADLs including bathing and grooming.
• Demonstrate infection control procedures.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence and a home-like environment.
