Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed, ensuring proper dosage and documentation.
• Provide specialized care support and assistance with ADLs as needed.
• Maintain accurate medication records and report adverse reactions or errors promptly.
• Monitor residents for side effects and changes in condition to inform the team.
• Store and handle medications safely in compliance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow all regulations and safety protocols for medication administration.
