Monroe Health & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our skilled nursing facility team in Windsor Hills, NC. The role focuses on administering medications, supporting residents, and upholding high standards of care in a team-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Be listed in good standing on the registry as a medication aide in the state in which you work.
• Passed the QMA competency evaluation program if your state requires.
• Must be currently enrolled in a high school program or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.
• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within applicable laws.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications to residents as ordered by the physician under licensed supervision.
• Provide a safe environment and give emotional and social support to residents.
• Attend to residents’ physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Perform direct care to residents as assigned per care plan.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
