Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: accurately prepare, administer, and document medications per orders and protocols.
• Health Monitoring: observe and report changes in residents' health status and vital signs as needed.
• Resident Engagement: build positive relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control procedures and keep meds carts and records organized and secure.
