Qualifications

• Successful completion of a State-Approved Nursing Assistant Program.
• Active North Carolina CNA Certification required.

• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Help create a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families.
