Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of state-approved Medication Aide training program preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, senior living, or long-term care preferred.
• Active Medication Aide certification in good standing with the state.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medication Administration: accurately prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders and company protocols.
• Health Monitoring: observe changes in residents' health, measure vital signs, and report concerns promptly.
• Resident Engagement: build positive relationships and encourage participation in wellness activities.
• Safety & Compliance: follow infection control procedures and maintain organized, secure medication carts and records.
