• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical offices or healthcare reception is preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and provide professional assistance in person and by phone.
• Check-in/check-out patients, verify and update demographic and insurance information.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Answer calls, review messages, and document communications in the EHR.
• Collect co-pays and patient payments.
• Maintain confidential patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Support patient referrals and navigate systems with clinic staff.
