Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Answer telephone calls professionally and route or triage as needed.
• Schedule appointments and register patients.
• Coordinate insurance eligibility verification and patient referrals.
• Assist with reminder calls and daily cash reconciliation.
