Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Graduation from a Medical Assistant program or equivalent healthcare training required
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience required
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required
• EMR experience with EClinical Works or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and room ArchWell Health members; measure vitals and obtain medical history
• Assist PCP during appointments; perform routine examinations and screenings
• Engage with patients to address questions and ensure clear communication
• Provide basic first aid as needed and document actions per OSHA guidelines
• Provide health coaching and follow-up communications with patients
• Travel to company meetings as needed
