Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree Medical Assisting preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS Certification)
• Certified Medical Assistant (National Certification) preferred
• Direct MA experience or medical field work 1-2 years required

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document patient information.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Interacting with patients to ensure comfort and address concerns.
• Explain procedures and instructions to patients and organize educational materials.
• Assist with phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens as needed.
