Allina Health Bandana Square Clinic is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and nursing staff in delivering timely, quality patient care. You will room patients, manage flow, document data in EMR, and assist with injections and specimens.

Responsibilities include coordinating test results with RN or provider, assisting with procedures, and supporting front desk tasks as needed. A MA program or equivalent training is required with preferred experience and certification options.

Qualificações

• Completed Medical Assistant program or comparable healthcare training.
• Exposed to clinical tasks and patient care.
• 6 months MA experience? may require externship 160 hours if less than 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients, manage patient flow and collect medical information/data.
• Document information in EMR according to standards.
• Assist with injections and procedures.
• Provide psycho-emotional support and prep for exams.
• Coordinate test results and communication with providers.
• Assist with front desk tasks as needed.
• Maintain inventory and uphold safety in the exam area.
