Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Medical Assistant to perform foundational clinical duties under provider direction. You will accurately record vitals, assist with immunizations, and document in the EMR to support safe, efficient patient care.

You will help collect specimens, follow clinic policies, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient confidentiality and high quality service. CPR training within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
• Basic computer skills including data entry and typing.
• Medical Assistant certificate preferred; experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Take and document patient vitals and measurements in the EMR.
• Administer immunizations under provider direction and update EMR.
• Collect specimens following established protocols.
• Support clinic workflows and ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Float within the clinic as needed to maintain operations.
