Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports the patient and provider during visits and registrations.
• Ensures the patient and provider are prepared for visits.
• Documents in the medical record; assists with room setup and patient flow.
• Maintains patient privacy and accurate information in systems.
• Communicates effectively by phone and in person to meet patient needs.
• Adheres to department policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Complies with DOT testing where applicable (occupational health).
