Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Health Science preferred.
• MA cert/certifications preferred (MA, CNA, EMT, Phlebotomy).
• 0-1 year related work experience required.
• Basic computer skills and web-based applications literacy.

Responsibilities

• Develops empathetic relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Facilitates patient flow during visits and informs of delays.
• Transmits hand-offs to providers with clear patient context.
• Performs MA duties under supervision (vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, immunizations).
• Leads population health outreach and basic health coaching.
• Maintains equipment, supplies, and safety protocols.
