Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years MA experience.
• BLS certification to the American Heart Association or Red Cross; CPR/ACLS not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients in a welcoming, professional manner and provide information about medications and treatment plans.
• Support clinical operations and patient care, including vitals, med history, phlebotomy, and assisting with procedures.
• Administer medications under supervision where applicable, following state guidelines (NH & ME only) and ensure proper preparation and dosing.
• Collaborate with clinical team to coordinate patient care and support discharge planning.
