Ideal candidates have CMA certification (or ABR-OE alternative) and a high school diploma, with BLS required at hire for eligible locations. One year of healthcare/clerical experience is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CMA/MA certification from an approved body is required or ABR-OE alternative accepted (except SC).
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required at hire for certain locations or prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous customer service.
• Review and update health records; verify diagnostic tests and reports.
• Measure vital signs and prepare treatment rooms for examinations.
• Perform clerical duties such as inventory, track referrals, and answer phones as needed.
