The role emphasizes phlebotomy, EKGs, IM injections, EMR documentation, and patient education, with a strong focus on a welcoming, organized clinic environment and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification is required.
• Experience with phlebotomy, EKGs, and IM injections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable learning new EMR systems.
• Professional, dependable, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient vital signs and prepare rooms.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and IM injections per protocol.
• Assist providers and manage patient documentation in EMR.
• Educate patients on supplements and wellness products.
• Answer phones and support appointment scheduling.
• Maintain clinic organization and assist in outreach.
