Job summary

Compass Oncology, the largest multi-specialty medical oncology practice in the Pacific Northwest, seeks a Medical Assistant for full-time work at the Clackamas East Cancer Center. You will support physicians, manage patient flow, and handle routine clinical tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1–3 years of MA or nursing assistant experience, high school diploma, CPR, and preferred phlebotomy skills. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certificate of graduation from an accredited Medical Assistants program preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms and assist clinicians.
• Record vital signs and patient data prior to visits.
• Prepare rooms, stock supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
• Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections as directed.
• Answer phones, manage referrals, and coordinate scheduling.
• Adhere to infection control and room disinfection protocols.
