Tennessee Cancer Specialists is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our clinicians during patient visits and assist in coordinating care across the clinic.

In this role you will record patient information, prepare exam rooms, and help the care team with charting, scheduling, and administrative tasks while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medical assisting certification preferred.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• 0-3 years experience for entry level; 5+ years for senior.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient visits so they can determine treatment plans.
• Record patient information accurately and complete charting.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure supplies are ready for procedures.
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative tasks while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
