Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant Certification is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required before starting.

• 1 year in a customer service or patient-facing role needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist medical staff.
• Room clinic patients and update charts.
• Communicate patient data to providers.
• Provide administrative support and manage phone calls.
• Collect and process lab specimens as directed.
