• Direct MA or medical field experience 0–1 year preferred; phlebotomy and family practice experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills; ability to prioritize in busy environments.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and medical office software; knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, interview, and assist patients while collecting vital signs and health information.
• Prepare patients, exam rooms, equipment, and supplies for visits.
• Document patient information, medical histories, and test results.
• Support laboratory specimen collection and preparation.
• Assist with office duties, patient communication, and coordination with other departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
• Work with the care team to provide excellent patient service.
