Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for visits; record vital signs and intake information.
• Support clinical procedures (EKGs, specimen collection, point-of-care testing).
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, check-in, referrals, and patient instructions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and team members about needs and delays.
• Follow safety protocols, infection control, and department guidelines; support workflow efficiency.
• Escort patients to labs or ancillary services; participate in workflows like prescription refills.
