Qualifications

• 0-1 year clinical experience preferred.
• If MA program not completed, 2+ years clinical experience required.
• Credentialed MA eligible or EMT/Paramedic license in Michigan with CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments.
• Collect and document patient histories, vital signs, and health information.
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, testing, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic testing as directed.
• Communicate test results and provider instructions to patients.
• Provide patient and family education to support better health outcomes.
• Coordinate care and serve as a liaison between patients and providers.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
