Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care and clinic operations across our New England locations. You will interact with patients, triage, take vital signs, and assist with procedures under supervision. A MA certification or MA experience plus BLS are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant certification with at least 1 year of experience or 2 years as MA.
• BLS certification required; CPR/ACLS online or non-certified not accepted.
• Compassionate, authentic, patient-focused.
• Proactive and confident communicator.
• Trustworthy with patient information; HIPAA compliant.
• Effective communicator and cross-collaborator with the team.
• Technically savvy; proficient with MS Office; able to learn Experity.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, answer questions, provide medication information and follow-up care.
• Support clinical operations and patient care; take vital signs, obtain histories, venipuncture, assist procedures.
• Administer medications under supervision where permitted by state rules (NH & ME).
• Collaborate with clinicians to coordinate care and discharge planning; assist training new staff.
