Job summary

Triad Complete Healthcare Stillwater is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care in our clinic under supervision. You will support physicians, document patient information, and ensure efficient front/back office coordination.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Certification required for Medical Assistant.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision.
• Communicate patient information and test results with physicians and team.
• Document and bill patient encounters accurately and timely.
• Coordinate patient appointments and gather demographic information.
• Assist with insurance prior authorization as needed.
• Maintain organized work environment and prioritize tasks.
