Job summary

AllCare Health is seeking a qualified Medical Assistant for our Mountainview team in Grants Pass, Oregon. You will support the provider, coordinate patient care, and serve as the liaison between patients and clinicians to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting vital signs, managing call workflows, and assisting with procedures. A high school diploma and healthcare exposure are expected; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience may be considered.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a medical office preferred.
• Current BLS Certification preferred; MA certification prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients for same-day appointments, notes vital signs and chief complaint, and coordinates with providers.
• Maintains patient charts and HIPAA compliance; documents calls and messages in EHR.
• Assists with exams, treatments, and in-office testing; prepares supplies and rooms for providers.
