Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide direct patient care under general direction. You will enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR, obtain vitals, and support exam room preparation.

You will assist with forms, maintain patient records, and ensure patient flow while adhering to HIPAA and infection control standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as is attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including customer service.
• Able to work with doctors, staff and the public.
• Flexible schedule and ability to multitask in a medical setting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient intake and provider orders into the EMR.
• Take and record patient vital signs and medical history.
• Assist with patient forms and maintain complete medical records.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and manage supplies.
• Answer calls professionally and relay messages promptly.
• Assist with lab and radiology processes as needed.
