Job summary

Clearway Pain Solutions seeks a Patient Care Associate to deliver direct patient care under physician supervision and to manage intake and provider orders within the EMR system.

You will assist with patient forms, history taking, and vital signs, while ensuring a clean, compliant clinical environment and responsive patient communication. Travel may be required to different company locations.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Internet and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in a team and individually with strong patient focus.
• Flexible schedule and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Enter patient intake and provider orders into EMR.
• Assist with forms, medical history, and vitals collection.
• Maintain clean clinical areas and organized examination rooms.
• Communicate with patients professionally and handle calls promptly.
• Obtain prior authorizations for radiology and prescriptions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.
• Support implantation of DME and specimen handling as required.
