Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Med Tech to join our Spring Lake community. You will administer medications, assist with personal care, and help maintain residents' dignity and independence.

Six months' experience passing meds is preferred; CMA certification is optional as training and delegation are provided. Benefits include telemedicine, paid time off, 401(k) with company matching, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience passing meds in a retirement community is preferred.
• CMA certification is a plus, but not required; training and delegation provided.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record medication administration as prescribed by a resident's physician.
• Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs.
• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status; conduct rounds to monitor hazards.
• Assist in dining, escort residents, serve, and clean up.
