Qualifications

• Six months of work experience passing meds in a retirement community setting.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Caring, organized, and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Administer and accurately record administration of medications as prescribed by a resident's physician under supervision of a nurse.
• Obtain, record, and report resident vital signs.
• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with dining, mobility, and daily tasks.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain supply of medications and ensure proper storage.
• Assist with housekeeping, transportation, and mail delivery.
