Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must hold a valid state medication administration license (CNA/CMA/CMT/QMAP) or meet state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medications per care plans.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Help manage medication inventory and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and support in activities of daily living.
• Promote independence and engage residents in meaningful activities.
• Support communication among residents, families, and healthcare staff.
