Qualifications

• AZ Caregiver certification is mandatory.
• Experienced as a personal care assistant.
• CPR certified and fingerprint card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and performing tasks according to service plans.
• Maintain documentation in the Medication Assistance Record.
• Respond to resident needs and calls in a timely manner.
• Deliver care as per individual service plan for assigned residents.
• Report safety concerns in resident's environment.
