• Assist residents with ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry while promoting independence.
• Observe health and wellbeing changes and report to supervisor daily.
• Serve residents in dining and participate in calendar activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; follow policies.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and professional conduct at all times.
