Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician / Med Tech to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will assist with daily living activities, administer medications, and coordinate with nursing staff to ensure safety and quality care.

The ideal candidate has state certification and prior experience in senior living or memory care, with a patient-centered approach and reliable scheduling.

Qualifications

• State-certified Medication Technician/Med Tech credential as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
• Support implementation of resident care plans.
• Promote dignity, comfort and quality of life.
• Communicate with residents, families and team members.
