Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient care on the unit in Minnesota. You will observe and document health status data, assist with daily living activities, and help ensure safe transfers and patient comfort.

Requirements include CNA program completion or Allina Health Nursing Assistant Academy, with BLS per policy. 12-hour shifts, 0.75 FTE, weekend rotations, and pay between $21.85 and $28.66 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ or 17+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Completion of CNA program or Allina Health Nursing Assistant Academy.
• NREMT certification upon hire or direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Observes, collects, and documents health status data per policy.
• Assists patients with daily living activities and mobility needs.
• Documents accurately for billing and care planning.
• Transcribes and communicates orders in the EMR per workflow.
