Job summary

Breckenridge Village is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to support medical care for residents on site in Texas. You will work closely with a QIDP to manage well and sick visits, immunizations, documentation, and medication audits.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of nursing experience (3+ preferred), current LVN/LPN license in Texas, and strong communication with guardians and staff. On-site shifts with on-call coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Licensed LVN/LPN in Texas.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; preferred 3 years.
• Ability to perform nursing duties per Texas BON guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties under supervision with a QIDP.
• Schedule and attend medical appointments for residents.
• Manage medication ordering, delivery and storage; update MAR.
• Document resident health information promptly; communicate with guardians.
