Mission Valley Post Acute is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time position. The role provides direct nursing care, administers medications, monitors resident health, and collaborates with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and other team members in a resident-centered facility.

Qualifications

• Current and active LVN license (California).
• Skilled nursing/post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health and report changes promptly.
• Document nursing assessments, treatments, medications, and progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs and other staff.
• Support development and implementation of resident care plans.
