Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor health conditions and report changes.
• Document assessments, treatments, medications, progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and others.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident care plans.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and infection control.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, wellbeing.
