Job summary

You will document patient progress, participate in care planning, and support activities of daily living while teaching self-care techniques. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
• Proof of current LVN license.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient needs under RN supervision and document accordingly.
• Assist in planning and implementing care with the RN.
• Provide patient care with infection control measures.
