Job summary
Country Meadows in Bethlehem Township, PA hires an LPN to join a caring team and support residents in a home-like setting. Pay starts at $35.50/hour with shift differential and the opportunity to earn more based on experience.
As an LPN, you will work with the Charge Nurse to ensure nursing services are delivered, participate in scheduling, and enjoy benefits designed to support work-life balance, including every other weekend and holiday off.
Qualifications
- Must hold a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain; employer may fund.
- Leadership abilities and ability to relate to residents and staff.
- Experience in assisted living or health care setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Makes rounds with physicians and assists with examinations and treatments.
- Administers treatments and medications per physician orders and facility policies.
- Observes residents and reports pertinent information to the Charge Nurse.
- Assumes Charge Nurse responsibilities when the Charge Nurse is absent.
- Participates in hiring and orientation of CNAs.
- Ensure documentation is completed by physicians as required.
