CHP Berkshires in Berkshire County, MA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to triage patients by phone or walk-in and support CHP physicians. The LPN will supervise clinical staff and assist in patient care under physician guidance, contributing to a caring, collaborative, and compliant office environment.

Requirements include MA LPN licensure, a minimum of three years in ambulatory settings, EMR experience, and CPR credential. Bilingual Spanish a plus; commitment to CHP’s mission is essential.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Minimum of three years’ ambulatory care experience preferred; EMR experience required.
• Massachusetts LPN license; CPR certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Triage patients by telephone and walk-in; approve same-day visits; assist with referrals; PT-1 forms; patient education; supervising medical assistants as needed.
• Assist physicians in procedures requiring nursing support; administer immunizations and allergy shots; manage prescription requests; process lab results and chart procedures.
• Run daily equipment controls; chart quality assurance; ensure correct billing codes; perform other routine office duties.
