Job summary

CHP Berkshires is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to triage patients by phone or walk-in and to support CHP Physicians in patient care. The LPN will assist in supervising clinical staff and help manage referrals, tests, and charting within an ambulatory setting.

The role requires graduation from an accredited practical nursing program and MA licensure as an LPN, with preferred three years in ambulatory care and EMR experience. CPR is a plus; bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Three years' ambulatory setting experience preferred.
• Massachusetts LPN license required; CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients by phone or walk-in; approve same-day visits when appropriate.
• Assist physicians with procedures and immunizations; manage prescriptions and test results.
• Support office quality control, charting, and daily equipment checks.
