StoneBridge Senior Living in Owensville, MO is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. This role focuses on safe medication administration, resident assessments, and collaborating with a skilled medical team to provide high-quality elderly care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state license to practice as an LPN.
• Current CPR certification; additional nursing specialty certs desired.
• Prefer 2 years’ experience in long-term care.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care for residents and assign appropriately.
• Administer and document medications per schedule.
• Provide treatments per physician orders (wound care, catheter care, oxygen, etc.).
• Notify physician of status changes and implement new orders.
• Prepare work assignments considering resident safety and staff capabilities.
• Ensure narcotics are accounted for and secure medication carts.
