The Branches of Framingham, part of Benchmark Senior Living, is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate nursing care in a warm, home-like environment for residents.

You will assess health status, document changes, supervise caregivers, and coordinate with providers to ensure high-quality care while upholding safety standards. Excellent benefits accompany this role.

Formación

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly in a paid or volunteer position is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident behavior and health to the appropriate leadership and physicians per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises the daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors and guides Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management processes.
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Assists in prevention of elder abuse and reports per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and uses the personal emergency response system.
