Job summary

The Branches of Framingham, a Benchmark Assisted Living & Memory Care community, is hiring Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver compassionate care in a home-like setting.

As an LPN, you will assess and document resident status, communicate changes to the care team, and mentor nursing aides, ensuring safe, quality care for residents with memory care needs. This role supports our mission to connect with residents and their families daily.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a nurse preferred.
• Previous experience with the elderly is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident health to the care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
