Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for full-time night shifts. You will deliver nursing care to our residents in a warm, home-like setting, working with a dedicated team that values community and long-lasting relationships.

Requirements include an RN license and CPR certification, 1–2 years of nursing experience, and prior elderly care is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an RN is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly residents is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports significant changes in resident health to appropriate leaders.
• Directs and supervises daily work of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with promoting resident independence.
• Prevents elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation and reports per state regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and uses personal emergency response systems as needed.
