The LPN at Monarch Healthcare Management provides residents with high-quality direct routine care under nursing leadership. You will participate in developing and modifying the Plan of Care and perform delegated interventions with accuracy and empathy.

Responsibilities include collecting health data, reporting changes to the RN, supervising unlicensed staff, and supporting residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Completion of a MN Board-approved practical nursing program
• Current Minnesota Practical Nurse license
• CPR certification and emergency care
