Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, and basic personal care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and therapeutic/restorative programs.
• Document daily care records accurately and report changes to the unit nurse.
• Take and record weights, vital signs, intake/output as assigned.
• Assist with feeding, passing trays, and helping residents who cannot feed themselves.
• Prepare rooms, beds, and ensure cleanliness of resident units.
• Respond to call bells promptly and maintain safety and comfort.
