Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide clinical care to residents at Lantern Hill in New Providence, NJ. The LPN/LVN will follow nursing standards and Erickson Senior Living policies, support a resident-first approach, and supervise care associates during shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care.
Licensed by the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or LVN.
CPR certification required.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with residents and families with a resident-first approach.
Assess and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR and notify RN when needed.
Update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs.
Supervise and lead care associates.
Administer medications timely and accurately per orders.
Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care; respond promptly.
