Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate clinical care for residents in a neighborhood setting.

The role involves assessing residents, updating care plans, administering medications, and coordinating with RNs. This position offers day, evening, and night shifts with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Licensed by State as LPN/LVN.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assess, observe, and document residents' clinical condition in the EMR.
• Update care plans as needs change.
• Supervise and lead care associates.
• Administer medications timely and accurately.
• Participate in resident outcomes meetings and care reviews.
